Non-Trucking Liability provides coverage to protect permanently leased owner operators, commonly referred to as Independent Contractors, against liability claims that occur when operating the vehicle for personal or non-business use. Coverage is provided when the commercial vehicle is not furthering the business of the motor carrier. The return trip is considered within the dispatch loop.
Unladen Liability provides coverage for RV haulers and flatbed risks while bobtailing or operating a pick-up truck or tractor that is not hauling cargo, or “unladen,” regardless of dispatch status. This is third party coverage. Coverage may respond when an owner operator’s owned trailer is attached but empty. This coverage is broader than Non-Trucking Liability as it picks up the gray area of dispatch, i.e., the return trip.

Commercial excess liability is an insurance policy that provides an additional layer of financial protection above the limits of your primary liability policies, such as general liability or commercial auto. It kicks in when a claim exceeds the initial policy's limits, safeguarding a business from potentially devastating financial losses from large lawsuits. This coverage is particularly important for businesses with significant assets, high-risk operations, or contractual requirements that mandate high coverage limits.
Commercial property insurance protects a business's physical assets from damage, theft, and other unexpected events. This includes the buildings you own or rent, as well as equipment, inventory, furniture, and personal property used for business operations. It is a critical component of risk management for any business with a physical location or tangible assets.
Professional liability insurance (PLI), also known as errors and omissions (E&O) insurance, protects businesses and professionals from financial loss if a client sues them for an act of professional negligence. This coverage is crucial for any business or individual who provides a professional service or expert advice.

D&O insurance, or Directors and Officers liability insurance, is a policy that protects the personal assets of a company's leaders if they are sued for alleged or actual wrongful acts while managing the organization. The coverage helps pay for legal defense costs, settlements, and other financial losses.
Inland marine insurance is a type of property insurance that covers movable items, such as equipment, products, and materials, while they are in transit over land or stored at a location away from the main business premises. It's crucial coverage for businesses that transport goods, work at off-site locations, or own valuable mobile equipment that isn't fully protected by a standard business property policy. Coverage is often referred to as a "floater" policy, protecting against risks like theft, damage from accidents, and certain weather events.
A Business Owner's Policy (BOP) is a package of insurance coverage designed for small to medium-sized businesses. It typically combines commercial property insurance, general liability insurance, and business income insurance into one policy, often at a more affordable cost than buying them separately.
